A sculpture illustration congratulating Las Vegas’ favourite Mayor, Oscar Goodman, on his retirement and departure from his Mayoral duties. A hint of Las Vegas culture was added to Mr.Goodman with a show girl feathered hat, created using actual colored feathers and crystals. The sash he’s wearing gave an idea to the audience that he was loved and a popular choice for Las Vegas as Mayor. The background for this piece was inspired by The Bugs Bunny Show famous closing line ” That’s All Folks!” and the spiraling circles. Tiny confetti was dropped over the sculpture during the photography process to capture the final celebratory effect.
