Client: MAD Magazine, Issue #537

A parody illustration of Kim Davis, a Kentucky county clerk who refused to issue same-sex marriage licenses because of her religious beliefs. Davis was named one of 20 Dumbest People of the year for MAD Magazine. Davis is portrayed as an American Girl doll, complete with a Bible, stack of marriage licenses and books to keep her busy in jail.
